Pawtraits - Part 1

Last week in my photography course we had an assignment to go out and take photos of things that move. We needed to practice freeze framing, motion blur and panning.

Naturally, I thought that Sasha would make the perfect subject. Dogs like to run and move around right?
Wrong - well at least with Sasha anyway.

My little angel just sat there staring at me while I stuck my lens in her face. She didn't move, she stood still and utilised those big, puppy dog eyes to her advantage. Tyra Banks would be proud.

My movement photography wasn't much of a success unfortunately, however my 'Pawtrait Photography' was (see what I did there?) :)

What a babe this girl is. Jealous? You should be.
